| Details | Our food grade warehouse is 4 years old and we are currently extending it to increase capacity to around 12,000 pallet spaces, along with the addition of 4 dock levellers and doubling the HGV parking area. We operate an online WMS system with customer access, all pallets are barcoded and scanned into location.We report a full KPI suite on a monthly basis, our warehouse KPI consistently runs at 99.9% across all aspects of the operation. We have monthly client review meetings by Teams or in person along with quarterly business review meetings. We handle international requirements via trusted partners
