About Us
How it began
Warehouse-Space.co.uk (previously Les Flanagan Logistics Services Ltd) was founded by the late Les Flanagan, a well known leader in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector and an incredibly popular businessman.
Les was highly regarded throughout the logistics industry and won many fans over his 50 years in the sector, due to his integrity, honest, straight forward and ‘easy to do business’ with approach.
Les stepped back from the business in 2022 due to ill-health and now the Warehouse-Space team are taking forward what he created and will continue to grow the business in the way he would have wanted.
We work to the company ethos that Les created, which as many in the UK Supply Chain industry will agree, revolves around trust and going the extra mile.
Strength in Depth
Warehouse-Space currently have over 200,000+ pallets being managed by our supplier partners across the UK and Ireland.
By utilising almost 100 years’ combined experience across our team, we source and implement short term warehouse agreements on a nationwide basis.
We have the specialist depth of understanding that is required to provide our customers with the warehouse space they need, when they need it and at very short timescales. We work across every sector, FMCG, Packaging, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Tech and Grocery.
Whether our customers are looking for small numbers of pallets to be stored for a short period of time, or they need longer term space to support future business growth, we have a storage solution to suit.
Our network of supplier partners and warehouse keepers update us regularly on what space they have available, making it easier for us to fill it.
Chilled and frozen storage, ambient grocery, textiles, hanging garments, Technology, Medical grade and general merchandise options are all readily available via the Warehouse-Space team.
Going above and beyond
Our reputation allied to the strength of our supply partner relationships, means we can expedite deals quickly, enabling customers to continue to focus on their core day to day business activities, taking their additional stock holding worries away from them, safe in the knowledge that we would work closely with our warehouse keepers, to find a workable solution acting on their behalf.
We act for a range of warehouse keepers, from small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s), industrial and manufacturing businesses to national logistics operators and operators with their own dedicated sites, providing us with an extensive range of options to cater for any requirement.
We operate across the UK and Ireland, providing our customers with cost efficient storage solutions and warehouse space in geographic regions that suit their requirements, never compromising on quality, safety, or the security of their stockholding.
We learned a lot during the challenging years of Brexit and Covid, most importantly the value of our reputation, our relationships, and the amazing industry within which we work every day.
